Sheet metal bending for panels, brackets and enclosures.
Form laser-cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheets into repeatable cabinets, covers, brackets and equipment structures.
Review bend details before cutting.
Bend feasibility depends on material, thickness, bend radius, flange length, grain direction, hole-edge distance and the required sequence. A drawing with bend lines or a 3D model helps clarify the intended shape.
Common formed components
- Electrical cabinet bodies, doors and panels
- U-brackets, angle brackets and mounting trays
- Machine covers, guards and access panels
- Frames and formed supports for industrial equipment
What to include in a bending RFQ
State material grade, sheet thickness, finished dimensions, bend angles, inside radii, critical interfaces, quantity and surface treatment. We can coordinate bending with laser cutting, welding and powder coating.
